Mango Lassi

Ingredients

  • 200 gr. mango bine copt
  • 250 ml iaurt
  • 140 ml lapte ­
  • 4 lingurite zahar zice Jamie Oliver - dupa gust as zice eu.

  • ¼ lingurita cardamom maruntit - acesta este condimentul traditional
  • sofran pentru culoare - nu trebuie mult

Instructions

  • Am curatat un mango de coaja, am eliminat samburele si am pus pulpa in cuva blenderului.
  • Peste mango adaug 3 - 4 linguri de zahar sau miere.
  • Adaugam iaurtul si laptele.
  • Mixam toate ingredientele in blender pana devin o compozitie omogena, cremoasa.
  • Traditional, se presara putin cardamom maruntit deasupra.
  • Turnam in pahare si gata:))))))))))))))))))). Savuram bauturica cu mare placere.

  • Putem pastra bautura noastra la frigider o zi.
  • E minunata asa simpla dar ne putem juca putin si cu aromele - cardamom sau vanilie.
